The Green Shirt 10 Minute Play Fest is all student-driven. Each piece is written, directed and performed by Green Shirt acting students. The writers are given 3 weeks to craft their piece, and the actors and Directors have exactly 1 week and only 3 rehearsals to get each play on its feet. This format has been an incredible opportunity for me to study scenes and characters in-depth while building strong skills in working with talent and developing their performances.
