In 2024 along with my first film, I developed a concept for my production company - Cosmic Egg Productions. The name was inspired by a deck of "Animal Spirit" oracle cards. Similar to Tarot, these cards are drawn to provide food for thought and insights into one's life. For about a year straight, I consistently drew the final card in the deck - the Cosmic Egg. A card that describes the path of success, self-actualization, and self-discovery. Around this time was when I was making the shift into building a career creating art and entertainment.
To create this intro bumper, I used a blend of stop-motion animation and After Effects Compositing and image stabilization to create a bumper that captured the spirit of the strange vintage cosmic horror films that I seek to film.
